Dealing with the public

The course is welcoming and easy to follow. It has 8 modules altogether and each of these can be done at your own pace and repeated as many times as needed. You need no prior knowledge or experience and you don't have to have to be good at languages. You will only be learning the basics - you can do it!

You can also gain access to some useful Gaelic resources including letter templates, complement slips, memo templates and prompt sheets for answering the telephone that can be used to complement the course.
